What we collect

Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email and county — when you register or contact us.
Your national ID number, when you provide it for membership registration.
Details of family members you want to cover.
For the pupils plan, a child's details — provided only by a parent or legal guardian with consent.
M-Pesa confirmation codes you send us, to match your payments.

Why we collect it

To register you as a member and give you a membership number.
To contact you about your plan, contributions and claims.
To administer the benefits in your plan.
To send occasional updates if you subscribe — you can stop these any time.

Children's data

We collect children's details only for enrolment in the pupils plan, only from a parent or legal guardian, and only the details needed to provide cover.

Who we share it with

We share your details only where needed to provide your cover — for example with the administrator or underwriter of your plan — or where the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

How we protect it

Access to member records is limited to staff who need it.
ID numbers and health-related details are kept out of email bodies and public folders.
We keep your data only as long as needed for your membership and the law.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act you may ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on the details above and we will respond.

Payments safety

We never ask you to send money to a personal phone number. Pay only through our official till after speaking to our office.
