How do I pay?
You pay by M-Pesa to our official till. We never ask you to send money to a personal phone number. Our team gives you the till number and confirms every payment.

What is a waiting period?
A waiting period is the time between when you join and when a benefit becomes active. Each plan has its own waiting periods and exclusions — we share them in writing before you pay.
